Due to the current coronavirus situation, we would like to reassure our clients of the special measures novo are taking to safeguard the health of not only our guests, but also our staff. In addition to our normal high standards of hygiene, we are also ensuring that all surfaces/door handles are completely cleaned with anti-bac every hour. Anti-bac is available throughout the salon for client use, this does however mean that for the foreseeable future we will not be offering magazines to clients (due to contamination risk) so please feel free to bring your own reading materials. Finally, we are taking the temperature of all staff at regular intervals throughout the day to ensure we are able to take the appropriate measure should any team member show the first signs of an infection.
