Emma brings a wealth of experience to novo and is treasured by her extensive client list. As well as being fantastic at hair-up work, Emma is a fully qualified 'Great Lengths' extensions specialist, a highly skilled cutter of both ladies and mems hair, and an excellent colourist.
Elaine has worked with Kevin (and novo) for over 25 years and has an enviable clientele that completely trust her professional skills. Elaine both cut and colours hair and is also a specialist in hair-up and wedding styling.
Emma is just about as qualified in the art of hair colouring as it is possible to be, having completed a specialist colouring degree in L'Oreal (with a specialist qualification from both Wella and Schwarzkopf thrown in for good measure!). Emma mixes expert technical knowledge with artistic flair to give her clients the perfect hair colour experience.
From the beginning, we knew that Nicola had a very special touch with her hairdressing, 18 years later (and as one of the busiest stylists at novo) we can see how right we were! Nicola attracts tremendous loyalty from her clients and is also a 'Great Lengths' hair extensions specialist. Having had extensions herself for many years, she can advise with personal experience.
Megan has a natural flair with hair that attracts a huge and loyal following. Her clients appreciate her in-depth consultations and imaginative approach to finding the 'perfect look’. Megan specialises in Balayage, Ombre and freehand colouring and uses these techniques to personalise her client’s style to great effect.
Lillie joined novo after spending 2 years at two of London's premier salons. Lillie cuts and colours hair and specialises in balayage. Lillie is our in-house head of training and is a certified Great Lengths hair extensions specialist.
Joining us in October 2024, Natalie brings expertise in all aspects of cutting, styling and colouring.
Joanna is a Level 1 stylist and specialises in cutting and colouring and is exceptional with Long hair styling. Joanna offers discounted prices for children and students .
Mia is a highly popular member of the novo team and is a Level 1 stylist. Mia offers cutting, blow drying and colouring servicesand offers discounted bookings for children and students.
Siobhan is our hugely popular reception manager and has great relationships with the Hockley clientele.
Ros has worked with novo for over 15 years and is popular with both the clients and the team. Ros is on first name terms with most of the salon clients and is very much part of the fabric of the salon.
Skarlett joined the novo team as a salon assistant in spring 2020 and became an apprentice with novo when she finished school in 2022.
Formally a Saturday girl with Novo, Libby commenced her apprenticeship with Novo in July 2023.
Another former Saturday assistant, Oliver has now joined our team as an apprentice and we look forward to him joining the many stylists who began their hairdressing journey with novo.
