Identifying and nurturing ‘stars of the future’ is essential to the long term growth of novo hair, and I am looking for motivated and inspired stylists to achieve great things over the next 3-5 years. Ideally the chosen applicants will have experience of working in a top quality salon environment, be highly driven and have a strong desire to give exceptional customer service. If you fit the bill, we will work closely with you to help you excel at cutting and styling,  build a fully-booked column and showcase your talents on behalf of novo, L’Oréal, Davines and La Biosthetique. You will work with a great team, learn loads of new skills, improve your earning potential and (most importantly) elevate your career prospects.

Don’t just take my word for it! Abbie Crane joined novo having worked both locally and at colour specialists ‘Four London’. In just two years at novo she has leaned to manage a full column, refined her colouring skills, won the “Future Star” competition with La Biosthetique, undertaken training to become a recognised Great Lengths hair extensions specialist and currently halfway through completing a Colour Degree with L’Oréal. In her own words “Joining novo really kick-started my career; the opportunities I have had are mind-boggling and I am loving every minute!”

Abbie is not the only team member who completed their training and early careers elsewhere but felt that their career development was not going anywhere.  However, after joining novo they became educators, senior stylists and salon managers. I am now looking for cutting and styling specialists (you will still colour, but I want people who really want to focus on cutting and styling) to develop into ‘Star Stylists’ of the future!
