Elaine has worked with Kevin (and novo) for over 30 years and has an enviable clientele that completely trust her professional skills. Elaine both cut and colours hair and is also a specialist in hair-up and wedding styling.

Emma brings a wealth of experience to novo and is treasured by her extensive client list. As well as being fantastic at hair-up work, Emma is a fully qualified 'Great Lengths' extensions specialist, a highly skilled cutter of both ladies and mems hair, and an excellent colourist.

Emma Sawyer specialises in Woven Highlighting as well as a comprehensive knowledge of advanced colouring. Having completed a specialist colouring degree in L'Oreal (with a specialist qualification from both Wella and Schwarzkopf thrown in for good measure!), Emma mixes expert technical knowledge with artistic flair to give her clients the perfect hair colour experience.

Level 3 / Hair Extensions Specialist
Lillie joined novo after spending 2 years at two of London's premier salons. Lillie cuts and colours hair and specialises in balayage. Lillie is our in-house head of training and is a certified Great Lengths hair extensions specialist.

Her clients appreciate her in-depth consultations and imaginative approach to finding the 'perfect look’. Megan specialises in Balayage, Ombre and freehand colouring and uses these techniques to personalise her client’s style to great effect.

Skarlett is novo through and through, having joined the team in spring 2020 and completing her apprenticeship (she achieved a distinction in virtually every element!) Skarlett offers cutting, blow drying and colouring services and also offers discounted bookings for children and students.
