Nicola has progressed with Novo from Apprentice, to Stylist, to Senior Stylist, and now Salon Manager. Nicola attracts tremendous loyalty from her clients and is also a 'Great Lengths' hair extensions specialist. Having had extensions herself for many years, she can advise with personal experience.

Elaine has worked with Kevin (and novo) for over 30 years and has an enviable clientele that completely trust her professional skills. Elaine both cut and colours hair and is also a specialist in hair-up and wedding styling.
Emma Fisher
Stylist level 4 / Hair Extensions Specialist
Emma brings a wealth of experience to novo and is treasured by her extensive client list. As well as being fantastic at hair-up work, Emma is a fully qualified 'Great Lengths' extensions specialist, a highly skilled cutter of both ladies and mems hair, and an excellent colourist.
Emma Sawyer
Woven Highlight / Colour Specialist
Emma Sawyer specialises in Woven Highlighting as well as a comprehensive knowledge of advanced colouring. Having completed a specialist colouring degree in L'Oreal (with a specialist qualification from both Wella and Schwarzkopf thrown in for good measure!), Emma mixes expert technical knowledge with artistic flair to give her clients the perfect hair colour experience.
Lillie Sutton
Level 3 / Hair Extensions Specialist
Lillie joined novo after spending 2 years at two of London's premier salons. Lillie cuts and colours hair and specialises in balayage. Lillie is our in-house head of training and is a certified Great Lengths hair extensions specialist.
Megan Hilbery
Stylist level 3 - Balayage Specialist
*MEGAN IS RETURNING FROM MATERNITY LEAVE ON 1ST JUNE 2026 - BOOKINGS ARE NOW AVAILABLE. Megan has a natural flair with hair that attracts a huge and loyal following. Her clients appreciate her in-depth consultations and imaginative approach to finding the 'perfect look’. Megan specialises in Balayage, Ombre and freehand colouring and uses these techniques to personalise her client’s style to great effect.

Joanna is our Level 2 stylist and specialises in cutting, colouring and is exceptional with Balayage and long hair styling.

Stylist - Level 1
Skarlett is novo through and through, having joined the team in spring 2020 and completing her apprenticeship (she achieved a distinction in virtually every element!) Skarlett offers cutting, blow drying and colouring services and also offers discounted bookings for children and students.
Libby Wiseman

Libby completed her apprenticeship with novo and is sure to become a much sought after stylist. Libby offers cutting, blow drying and colouring services and is already developing a fanbase for her super-strong blow dries. Libby also offers discounted bookings for children and students.
