Megan Returns!

We are thrilled to announce that Megan will be returning from maternity leave on 4th March. Megan’s journey with novo is a story that began when salon owner Kevin cut Megan’s mum’s (Jackie’s) hair at a charity event back in 2008. Jackie went on to become a loyal and regular client and, once Megan was old enough, she asked us to take Megan on as a Saturday assistant. This started a relationship between Megan and novo that saw her transition from an apprentice, to graduate stylist, then stylist and, now an extremely popular Senior Stylist and Freehand Colour Expert. Staff retention and loyalty are not unusual for novo (many of our stylists have spent either most of, or indeed all of, their career with novo, but seeing our team members learn their trade, develop their career and start a family, all whilst continuing their career with novo, makes us very happy indeed! We all look forward to seeing Megan behind the styling chair again and anticipate her clients are equally excited.
